Billing

How do I cancel?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SoulShot, then Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the paid week ends.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, and only Apple can refund one. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the SoulShot charge.

I paid but the app says I am not subscribed.

In the app, go to Profile, then Manage subscription, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that paid. If it still does not work, email us with the receipt from Apple.

Your account

How do I delete my account?

Profile, then Delete account. It removes every entry, every shot and its audio, and everything Sol remembered. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel first.

How do I see what Sol remembers?

Profile, then What Sol remembers. Everything the app kept from your entries is listed there, and you can delete any of it.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we will send it.

The shots

My shot did not arrive.

Open the app and pull down on the home screen. If today’s shot is still missing, check that notifications are allowed in Settings, then Notifications, then SoulShot. If it keeps happening, email us and we will look at your account.

A shot said something wrong or upsetting.

Please tell us. Shots are written by AI and can miss the point. Tap the thumbs-down under the player, or email us with the shot’s title. We read every one.

Something in the app is broken.

Profile, then Report a problem. It opens an email with your app version and phone model filled in, which is what we need to reproduce it.
